At Intec Laser, we are unwavering in our commitment to delivering exceptional quality in every aspect of our laser cutting and fabrication services.
New Products
Our engineering department works closely with the QA department to ensure all new components produced are subject to inspection, away from normal production inspection, to validate the parts as correct before running full production quantities. All new components and assemblies are subject to PPAP’s including a full ISIR.
Accreditation
Intec Project Engineering is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 through TUV Nord and a copy of our certificate is available for download here.
Inspection
Our quality department is fully equipped with a Faro Arm 3D Scanning. Please feel free to contact our QA Engineering Team if you require further information. We perform multiple in process checks throughout the product lifecycle using a wide array of measurement tools and techniques. We also have the ability to design and manufacture assembly aids to ensure we maintain an excellent FTT and RFT approach.
